Marketing and Communications Coordinator

Job Description

Top Land Brokerage firm specializing in ranches, recreational and conservation properties across five southern states seeking Marketing and Communications Coordinator. Experience in the outdoor industry and/or land knowledge is a plus.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, exceptional organizer, and self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role requires the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing projects from concept through completion
• Assist with listing launches, brochures, email campaigns, and website updates
• Write, edit, and proofread marketing content
• Coordinate photography, drone, and video productions with outside vendors
• Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
• Assist agents with marketing needs and listing preparation
• Coordinate trade shows, events, and promotional activities
• Maintain marketing databases and digital assets
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Provide clients and partners timely updates
• Periodic light travel

Qualifications

Required

• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Commanding knowledge of marketing and digital media strategies
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and follow through on tasks
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude
• Marketing or communications experience

Preferred

• Experience in the Outdoor Industry and/or Real Estate knowledge a plus
• Passion for the outdoor lifestyle, wildlife and conservation a plus

Work Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday-Friday
• Primarily in-office position
• Occasional travel for events, property shoots, and trade shows

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
