About the job:
The Marketing and Communication Lead will lead brand and marketing strategies to strengthen market presence, drive consumer engagement, and deliver sustainable business growth. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, creativity, and execution excellence within the premium FMCG sector.
Key Responsibilities

Brand Communications:
Develop and execute brand communication strategies to strengthen positioning and consumer connection.

Social Media Strategy & Management:
Own the content calendar, manage brand storytelling across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.), and drive audience growth and engagement.

Digital Campaigns:
Lead paid and organic digital campaigns, influencer partnerships, and content collaborations.

Content Creation:
Oversee creation of compelling digital, video, and visual assets aligned with brand identity.

PR & Media Relations:
Manage media outreach, press releases, and brand events to maximize exposure.

Internal & External Communications:
Ensure consistent messaging across stakeholders, campaigns, and channels.

Analytics & Insights:
Track performance of marketing and communication activities, report on KPIs, and recommend improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
-
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

5–8 years of marketing/communications experience, preferably in FMCG, or premium consumer brands.

Strong expertise in
social media management
and digital campaign execution.

Experience in PR, influencer partnerships, and content creation.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative mindset with strong storytelling ability.

Analytical approach to measure effectiveness and optimize strategy.
