Role Overview: Marketing Lead Step into a pivotal role where you'll spearhead a dynamic marketing team, steering the conceptualization and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies. Your efforts will catalyze our product and service revenue streams and elevate the Onyx brand globally. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with executives, developing and implementing a global marketing strategy that aligns with company objectives.
- Analyze international market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies.
- Mastermind and roll out product marketing initiatives, encompassing sales materials, digital platforms, social media engagement, PR endeavors, and more.
- Deep dive into Onyx Graphics’ offerings, gaining insights into our products, services, and global distribution strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and challenges in different regions.
- Monitor and report on ROI and KPIs for marketing activities.
- Uphold brand consistency across all marketing materials and corporate communications worldwide.
- Conceive impactful advertising campaigns geared towards lead generation while continually assessing campaign performance.
- Craft and circulate email newsletters, blog posts, and social media updates, ensuring a robust and up-to-date customer and prospect database.
- Coordinate and represent at industry trade shows, customer engagements, and internal meetings.
- Manage global digital marketing initiatives, including SEM, SEO, social media, email marketing, and Content Marketing.
- Oversee content updates for our multi-lingual corporate websites.
- Act as the go-to expert for marketing resources, bridging the gap between external collaborators and our internal teams.
- Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Attend relevant workshops, courses, and conferences to enhance professional growth.
- Develop and manage the global marketing budget.
- Ensure efficient use of resources and track expenditures.
- Lead and mentor a diverse marketing team, fostering creativity, accountability, and professional growth.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and other departments to ensure marketing strategies align with company goals.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's in Marketing or equivalent in a related field.
- Willingness to embark on domestic and international travels (20% of the time).
- 5+ years in a marketing-centric role.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud – including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, & Premiere.
- Adept with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Expert-level experience in Salesforce
Preferred Attributes
- Background in SaaS, B2B or channel marketing.
- Familiarity with marketing software tools.
- Exposure to international business dynamics and international marketing experience with cultural sensitivity. (Experience in the China market a plus)
- Experience liaising with translation service providers.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages preferred.
- MBA or Master's degree in Marketing
