The Marketing and Communications Specialist at Impact Support Services drives visibility and engagement through creative content, digital communications, and media outreach. This role ensures consistent branding, compelling storytelling, and strong community connections while supporting organizational programs and leadership.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage website, social media, and digital communications.

  • Create and distribute content, including newsletters, press releases, and promotional materials.

  • Track and analyze performance to optimize engagement.

  • Support events, community outreach, and media relations.

  • Coordinate campaigns and collaborate with staff on internal communications.

What You Bring:

  • Excellent communication and content creation skills

  • Proficient in social media, digital tools, and Microsoft Office

  • Strong project management and analytical abilities

  • Creative, detail-oriented, and collaborative

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3+ years marketing/communications experience required
