Marketing and Communications Specialist

We are seeking a motivated, strategic, and detail-oriented individual to join our marketing team. This role is critical in driving growth by turning marketing initiatives into meaningful client engagement. Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance marketing strategies that bring in prospective clients and grow Peak's brand
• Maximize our marketing funnels including: community workshops, TV and radio, podcast, YouTube, and published books
• Seek out new opportunities to grow our presence and impact as we scale into a national brand
• Ensure the leadership team has accurate reports and dashboards related to marketing performance
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing with operational and business objectives
• Reports - ensure the CEO and leadership team have accurate reports and dashboards necessary to manage and run the business.
• Demonstrate consistent alignment with company values in all work and communication
• Participate in self-improvement initiatives to grow and better serve the team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
