Marketing and Community Coordinator

Overview
Allen Law Firm is seeking a Marketing & Community Coordinator to serve as the operational and creative hub of our marketing department. This role is responsible for managing the firm's social media presence, building and maintaining community relationships, coordinating events and sponsorships, and ensuring our brand shows up consistently and compellingly across every channel.

The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and deeply aware of the responsibility that comes with representing a trusted personal injury law firm. You will work closely with our in-house Content Creator/Videographer, external marketing partners, and firm leadership to turn stories, events, and brand moments into meaningful content and community connections.

Responsibilities

  • Social Media & Content Management - Manage day-to-day social media, including content planning, scheduling, caption writing, basic graphic creation, performance monitoring, and collaboration with the Content Creator to ensure on-brand, compliant messaging.
  • Events, Sponsorships & Community Engagement - Plan and execute firm events, coordinate sponsorships and community involvement, manage event logistics, and maintain a master calendar to keep leadership informed.
  • Online Reputation Management - Oversee Google review strategy, coordinate review requests with internal teams, monitor feedback, and report on performance.
  • Paid Social Support - Assist with paid social campaigns by coordinating creative assets, messaging updates, and ensuring content remains clear, on-brand, and compliant.
  • Brand Assets, Swag & Signage - Maintain brand asset library, manage swag inventory, coordinate branded materials and signage, and ensure marketing materials are current and stocked.
  • Testimonials & Creative Coordination - Coordinate client testimonials and support content planning to maintain consistency in messaging, visuals, and audience targeting across channels.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in social media management, marketing coordination, or a related role
  • Strong understanding of social media content strategy, platform best practices, and audience engagement
  • Ability to plan content calendars and independently move projects from concept to published post
  • Strong writing skills for captions, social copy, and story-driven content
  • Familiarity with Sprout Social or similar social media management platforms
  • Ability to create basic static digital graphics using Canva or similar tools
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Preferred Experience

  • Experience managing social media or marketing for a law firm, professional services firm, or regulated industry
  • Understanding of what content can and cannot be used in legal marketing
  • Comfort working with sensitive stories and client-centered content with empathy and discretion
  • Experience with Google Business Profile or online reputation management
  • Event coordination or sponsorship management experience
  • Passion for community-focused storytelling

  • The marketing department never misses a deadline on execution items

Pay: $42,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
