Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Marketing & Community Growth Coordinator to support and execute our marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys combining creativity with strategy.

This is a part-time position with flexible hours, with the opportunity to potentially transition into a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

• Content creation and management of social media platforms
• Planning, coordinating, promoting, and assisting with events
• Building and maintaining referral and networking relationships
• Supporting community partnerships and outreach initiatives
• Assisting with internal and external marketing strategies
• Contributing ideas and strategies to support business growth

Qualifications

• Previous experience in marketing, social media, or related field
• Experience in the aesthetic, wellness, or medical spa industry is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Creative thinker with a passion for growth and branding
