What You’ll Do:

Marketing and Community Outreach

(Primary Function of the Role)

  • Build and maintain relationships with physicians, personal injury attorneys, wellness providers, and referral partners
  • Conduct in-person marketing visits including community stops, partner drop-ins, and educational visits
  • Represent Sculpt U Physical Therapy at local events, health fairs, gym events, and community booths
  • Assist with basic social media content including recording short videos and light editing
  • Participate in planning and executing community-facing marketing efforts
  • Track outreach activity and assist with reporting referral trends using Google Workspace and Excel
  • Provide a polished, outgoing, on-brand presence in all community and partner interactions

Front Desk and Administrative Support

(Secondary Role During Downtime)

  • Welcome, check in, and check out patients with professionalism
  • Answer calls, assist with scheduling, and help coordinate patient follow-through
  • Follow up on leads from Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, and website inquiries
  • Translate English to Spanish for Spanish-speaking patients
  • Support communication with law firms and help gather necessary documentation
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and professional front office environment
  • Support the admin team during slower outreach blocks

Marketing Performance Bonuses

In addition to hourly pay, this role includes monthly or quarterly performance-based bonuses tied to marketing output such as referral growth, outreach consistency, and community impact.This bonus structure directly rewards initiative and measurable contribution to clinic expansion.
