Marketing and content creator

LingoDodo creates screen-free language learning toys that help kids learn family languages like Punjabi, Hindi, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, French, Spanish, Filipino, and more through music, words, and play.

We are looking for 1-2 local interns to help with social media content, short videos, and community outreach. This is a hands-on role for someone creative, reliable, comfortable with social media, and interested in marketing, kids products, culture, education, or small business.

You will help create short videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts; film simple product content with local families and kids with parent permission; edit videos using tools like CapCut, Canva, or similar apps; write captions, research hashtags, organize content ideas, and help post or schedule content. You may also help find and contact local preschools, language schools, cultural groups, colleges, and community organizations that may be interested in LingoDodo products.

Recent high school graduates, college students, and recent graduates are welcome to apply. You should be reliable, organized, willing to learn, comfortable with short-form video, and able to come to local content shoots in the Folsom, El Dorado Hills, Sacramento, or nearby area. Bonus if you have experience with Reels, TikTok, Canva, CapCut, photography, video editing, or speaking another language.

This is a practical internship where you will help create real content and support real marketing projects. We will provide guidance, examples, and scripts, but we also want someone who can bring fresh ideas.
