The
"Marketing & Corporate Communications Manager"
, reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, will be responsible for leading the company’s overall marketing, brand, and corporate communications strategies. This role ensures the successful execution of digital and traditional campaigns, effective budget management, and initiatives that support commercial targets while protecting and strengthening the brand reputation of all group companies.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus

10+ years of experience in marketing and/or corporate communications, preferably in a fast-paced or service-oriented industry; 5+ years of team management and leadership experience

Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, performance measurement tools; CSR and sponsorship projects
-
Strong experience in campaign management, digital marketing, and brand communication, ability to design and execute marketing and communication strategies aligned with company goals

Strong capability to manage brand image, impactful campaigns, and media relations: up-to-date knowledge of digital trends, social media platforms, and marketing technologies

Proven ability to manage agencies, cross-functional projects, internal/external stakeholders

Strong analytical thinking, reporting, and presentation skills

Strategic mindset with leadership and coaching skills

Excellent command written and verbal English
Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of all brand communication activities in line with brand positioning and market strategies

Manage project lifecycles for all marketing communications and digital initiatives for Aras subsidiaries, sports club and global projects with Austrian Post

Conduct sector and competitor analysis; develop, implement, and report new projects and applications to senior management

Collaborate closely with creative and media agencies to manage campaign planning and execution

Oversee the management of social media accounts; set the brand’s social media communication strategies and develop new initiatives to increase engagement

Manage Reputation Management, Media Relations and Content Development, Social Media Management, Crisis Communication, Competitor Monitoring, CSR and Sponsorship Project Management
