Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager, the Marketing & Creative Assistant supports the marketing and creative teams by producing, organizing, and preparing visual assets across digital, e-commerce, social media, and wholesale channels. This role assists with the execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional materials while helping maintain organized creative workflows and asset libraries. The position is based on site at our Creative office in Northborough, MA, with some potential for hybrid flexibility depending on project needs and other considerations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Produce marketing graphics for social media, email campaigns, paid ads, website promotions, and product launches
- Create assets for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, website banners, and Klaviyo email marketing
- Support marketing campaigns with graphic production and promotional materials
- Upload and maintain product images across e-commerce platforms
- Create and optimize product imagery, graphics, and A+ content for Amazon, website listings, and online marketing
- Assist with website graphics and e-commerce product detail videos
- Produce wholesale marketing materials including sell sheets, product information sheets, retailer marketing kits, trade show materials, promotional posters, and product announcement graphics
- Create internal company materials such as business cards, email signatures, PowerPoint templates, office signage, HR forms, event materials, and branded templates
- Prepare, edit, resize, and optimize product photography and marketing images for web, wholesale, and marketing use
- Maintain organized digital asset libraries, including file naming conventions, folder structures, and archival of older assets
- Execute packaging updates and prepare print-ready files for factories under direction of the Creative Lead
- Implement minor revisions such as logo revision updates, legal copy changes, and retailer-specific packaging customizations
- Organize and maintain packaging source files
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, marketing support, or a creative production role (professional experience or strong portfolio may be considered)
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related creative field preferred
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, and familiarity with other advanced creative tools
- Strong organizational and file management skills with attention to detail
- Photography skills or experience assisting with product photography is a plus
- Experience with 3D layout software preferred is a plus
- Ability to create and prepare production-ready files for digital and print marketing assets
- Administrative or project coordination experience is helpful
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to bend and/or reach or sit for up to 3 hours at a time
- Ability to occasionally lift/and or move up to 20lbs
- Must have adequate vision (with corrective lenses if needed) to clearly view computer screen

COMPENSATION:
$25 – $27.00 per hour
The compensation listed here is provided in good faith as a general description of the salary range for the position posted. The compensation offered to the successful candidate depends on location, skills, experience, education, and other objective job-related factors.
