Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing and Customer Care Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and elevate our customer experience. In this role, you will develop and execute innovative marketing strategies across multiple channels, ensuring brand consistency and engagement. Duties

  • Design and implement comprehensive multichannel marketing campaigns utilizing digital marketing, content marketing, social media marketing, SEO, and performance marketing techniques to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Manage advertising sales efforts across print advertising, LinkedIn Advertising, Google AdWords, and other platforms to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling content using Adobe Creative Suite tools, ensuring messaging aligns with brand voice and resonates with target audiences.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, analyze competitors, and uncover new opportunities for B2B marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and attend company Trade Shows.
  • Manage budgets effectively for all marketing activities while tracking ROI to ensure cost-efficient campaigns.
  • Lead customer care operations by establishing processes that enhance client satisfaction, resolve issues promptly, and foster long-term relationships.

Skills

  • Proven expertise in SEO, social media marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, and performance marketing strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of advertising sales channels including print advertising, LinkedIn Advertising, Google AdWords, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for content creation.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and analytics tools such as Google Analytics for data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent research capabilities coupled with copywriting skills to craft compelling messages tailored for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail within budget constraints.
  • Strong sales acumen with experience in B2B marketing environments; product management experience is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of print advertising standards alongside digital channels ensures a well-rounded approach to integrated campaigns.
