Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Marketing & Customer Relations Officer to join our team at the mall. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, marketing knowledge, and the ability to maintain excellent customer relationships while supporting promotional activities and events.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
• Support mall marketing campaigns, promotions, and events
• Coordinate with tenants and internal departments for marketing activities
• Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Assist in social media updates and promotional content coordination
• Prepare reports related to customer service and marketing activities
• Ensure smooth communication between management, tenants, and visitors
