Job Title : Marketing and Customer Relations Manager
About Squegg:

Squegg is a smart hand therapy and grip training device designed to make hand strength assessment and rehabilitation fun, engaging, and data-driven. Our technology is used by clinicians, therapists, sports trainers, and wellness users in the US and other countries. We are now expanding our reach and looking for a Customer Relationship Manager who can help us strengthen customer engagement, drive adoption, and support marketing initiatives that bring Squegg closer to its users.

Role Overview

As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in connecting with clinicians, wellness users, and partners ensuring a seamless experience from outreach to onboarding. The role combines relationship management, marketing execution, and product demonstrations, with a strong focus on communication and follow-through.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Execution & Campaign Support

Execute targeted email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and individual outreach to clinicians, therapists, and end-users.

Support data mining and database management to identify and nurture leads across different customer segments.

Assist in influencer and ambassador campaigns, coordinating outreach and engagement activities.

Track campaign performance and maintain reports on engagement, conversions, and feedback.

2. Customer Relationship & Demos

Conduct virtual demos and onboarding sessions for clinicians and users, highlighting product features, use cases, and benefits.

Build strong relationships with existing and potential customers through timely communication and personalized support.

Follow up post-demo to address queries, encourage usage, and collect feedback.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve user experience and engagement.

3. Coordination & Support

Maintain detailed records of outreach, demo schedules, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

Support cross-functional teams in organizing digital campaigns, webinars, and training sessions.

Provide customer insights to guide marketing strategies and feature updates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer relationship management, ideally in a tech-product, medical-device, wellness or service-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills — able to engage with both end-users and professional customers.
  • Customer-centric attitude, problem-solving skills, and a positive, proactive mindset.
  • Interest in health/fitness/therapy products is a plus; familiarity with digital apps and tech support is beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently as part of a small team and contribute to a collaborative, fast-moving brand environment.

Work Details:

  • Working Hours: Preferably 12 PM – 9 PM (other shifts may be considered)
  • Working Days: 5 days per week
  • Notice Period: 1 month
  • Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
  • Latest Joining Date: ASAP
