Grogan & Company is seeking a full-time Marketing and Design Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Coordinator will report to the Gallery Manager and will be responsible for the execution of all print and digital marketing materials, including planning and producing email campaigns and overseeing photography of auction inventory. This position provides hands-on experience of all marketing and design within the fine art and jewelry auction business, along with the opportunity for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and maintain marketing calendar
Strategize, design, and execute email campaigns
Design auction catalogues and other print materials
Manage and update company website using WordPress
Create content for and manage company social media channels
Write and manage distribution of pre- and post-sale press releases
Oversee inventory photography and post-production of images
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a related field (graphic design, marketing, communications)
1-3 years work experience in a related field
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, email marketing platforms, and social media management
Comfortable working with digital photography and basic image editing
Analytical mindset, with a sharp eye for detail and keen organizational skills
Self-motivated, with excellent time management skills and the ability to set and meet deadlines
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated interest in the art world
A team player willing to participate in all aspects of running a small business
