MARKETING & DESIGN SPECIALIST
JOB PURPOSE
Playing a key role on the Design Team, this person is a strategic thinker with a creative mindset and deep expertise in commercial real estate marketing. They lead high-level, custom marketing projects across the company and provide creative support for corporate marketing initiatives and companywide branding efforts. Reports to Marketing Director. JOB DESCRIPTION
Based on company brand standards, design and develop custom graphics and assets needed for brokerage marketing templates, social media graphics, and corporate collateral, such as capabilities brochures and stationery
Design and develop property listing and brokerage team websites and templates using TIME Sites
Design and develop custom e-flyer layouts in TailoredMail, and provide backend support for brokerage marketing staff as needed
Design and produce custom videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for corporate marketing and high-level property listings
Custom KM and client-branded sign design assistance
Develop brand identity and design for high-profile property listings, involving logo creation, copywriting, marketing collateral (flyers/eflyers, OMs, etc), social media, signage, and website design/coordination with inhouse developer, while coordinating various assets and content population with local brokerage marketing staff
Utilize Photoshop and Illustrator to edit and enhance property photographs, floor plans, and other images/graphics, ensuring brand standards are met
Conceptualize, design, and copywrite ads for industry publications and sponsorships as needed
Design & assist with tradeshow booths, company events, and promotional items and materials as needed
Manage outside custom print projects when needed
Assist with corporate marketing initiatives and projects as needed
Stay current with new technologies, resources, and marketing trends

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree preferred in marketing, graphic design, or related field or a combination of education and experience
4+ years related experience
4+ year(s) experience with Adobe Creative Suite programs (especially InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro & After Effects)
Experience partnering with the Kidder Mathews’ Corporate Marketing Department on high-level assignments and custom projects
Must have experience and knowledge of commercial real estate industry
Must have expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (ID, PS, AI, PP, AE); proficient in Microsoft Office; HTML/CSS and web development/responsive design experience a plus
Excellent attention to detail and work quality
Highly organized, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines
Excellent grammatical, oral, and written communication skills; highly professional image and demeanor
Must have a graphic design portfolio
