The Posh Pelican is a fun, vibrant coastal boutique looking for a Marketing & Digital Content Manager to help grow our brand both in-store and online.

We are looking for someone creative, energetic, and passionate about fashion, social media, and storytelling.

Our boutique is known as a joyful destination for women who love fashion, and we are working to grow our online presence while continuing to create an unforgettable in-store experience.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging daily social media content
• Manage Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns
• Help relaunch and manage our website and online store
• Upload new product and website content regularly
• Develop blog content and improve SEO
• Plan photoshoots and creative content
• Work with influencers and brand ambassadors
• Support in-store events and community partnerships

Ideal Candidate

• Creative and passionate about fashion
• Strong social media and marketing skills
• Experience managing business social accounts
• Comfortable creating photo and video content
• Organized and self-motivated
• Interest in growing a brand and community

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
