About the Role

The Marketing & Enrollment Content Creator is responsible for developing strategic, compelling content that drives awareness, engagement, and enrollment for Concordia Language Villages programs. This role blends storytelling, digital marketing, and recruitment strategy to attract youth, families, educators, and institutional partners. The position plays a key role in translating the CLV experience into high-performing content across platforms.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with enrollment goals and campaign priorities.
  • Produce high-quality content for channels including social media, email, video, blogs and featured stories.
  • Ensure messaging reflects CLV’s mission, global education focus, and audience needs.
  • Create conversion-focused content for recruitment campaigns that target youth, family, adult and institutional programs and audiences.
  • Measure and optimize content for lead generation and conversion.
  • Manage email marketing platform execution and segmentation.
  • Support SEO strategy through keyword-informed content development.
  • Support photo/video content gathering at program sites.
  • Track and report on content performance metrics.
  • Use data insights to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
  • Supporting the CLV Site Director on site (Bemidji) during busy transition days as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy and best practices.
  • Proven experience in content creation across various media platforms.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills with a commitment to teamwork and customer service.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing tools and techniques.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of providing and receiving constructive feedback.
  • Experience capturing and editing video and photography for digital, social media, web and print channels preferred.

Qualifications:


Minimum Qualifications:

Associates or Bachelor’s degree or 2 years relevant work experience


Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience in developing and executing marketing plans and strategies.
