Marketing and Graphic Design Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and organized Marketing and Production Assistant to support our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent attention to detail, and is flexible in adapting to various tasks. The assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth production operations, from managing wardrobe and props to assisting with marketing-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Support:
• Assist the production team in various tasks as needed.
• Shop for props and wardrobe.
• Occasionally arrive early onset to help prep location.
• Set up craft services for crew and talent, ensuring their comfort throughout the day.
• Steam clothing and props, maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Handle model release forms, ensuring all are signed and paperwork is organized.
• Distribute schedules to crew and talent.
• Keep things organized and clean on set during shoot.
• Take and run lunch orders for the team.
• Organize and clean props as needed.
• Load and unload props, wardrobe and set gear.
• Manage trash and recycling from shoots.
• Keep the photo and storage room organized.
• Marketing Support:
• Photoshop editing.
• Create graphics, such as infographics for sales and online platforms using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Indesign .
• Create and update presentations.
• Assist with photo and content organization.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Organizational Skills: Ability to keep track of multiple tasks and ensure that everything is in its proper place.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in handling production tasks.
• Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing needs and perform a variety of tasks.
• Direction and Demeanor: Takes direction well and maintains a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical Capability: Able to lift heavier items and handle physical tasks associated with production.
• Proactive: Ability to anticipate needs and offer help when needed.
• Technical Skills: Professional Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign.
• Teamwork: Works well with others and contributes to a collaborative team environment.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be willing to travel to Twin Cities and surrounding areas.
• Must have access to a personal vehicle that can be used to transport props, equipment, or other shoot-related items.
• Willing to be in content for social platforms.
