Marketing & Growth Lead (Remote)
The Role
We are hiring a Marketing & Growth Lead to take full ownership of marketing at Baytukum.
Baytukum has grown through a combination of internal efforts and external partners. We
are now bringing marketing fully in-house to build a structured, performance-driven
growth engine.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role focused on building a marketing function that
directly contributes to investor growth.

You will work closely with the CEO and CRM team across positioning, performance, and
communication.

This is a fully remote role.

About Baytukum
Baytukum is a DFSA-regulated real estate investment platform based in Dubai, UAE.
We enable individuals to invest in ready residential properties in Dubai through a digital
platform, with a focus on accessibility, transparency, and long-term value.
We operate under an execution-only model and do not provide financial advice.

What You Will Do
1. Take Ownership of Marketing

  • Lead marketing end-to-end, from strategy to execution
  • Establish clear positioning and messaging
  • Build a structured and focused marketing approach

2. Build and Optimize the Growth Funnel

  • Define and manage the full funnel: traffic → leads → verified users → investors
  • Identify and fix conversion gaps
  • Focus on improving lead quality and conversion
  • Bring visibility to channel performance and cost per investor

3. Execute Hands-On

  • Launch and manage core acquisition channels (e.g. paid social, performance

campaigns)

  • Improve landing pages and user journeys
  • Work closely with CRM to improve follow-ups and conversion

4. Establish Systems and Reporting

  • Implement simple and reliable tracking and reporting
  • Build dashboards to track performance
  • Ensure decisions are data-driven

5. Own Communication and Content Direction

  • Ensure investor-facing communication is clear, consistent, and compliant
  • Define tone across Arabic and English content
  • Guide content that supports conversion and trust

Who You Are

Must-Have

  • Experience building or rebuilding a marketing function or growth engine• Strong hands-on execution (not just strategy or coordination)
  • Solid understanding of funnels, conversion, and performance metrics
  • Ability to operate independently in a lean, remote setup
  • Strong Arabic and English communication skills

Strong Advantage

  • Experience in fintech, proptech, or marketplaces
  • Exposure to GCC markets or audiences
  • Experience working closely with sales or CRM teams

This Role Is Not For You If

  • You mainly worked on content or social media without owning performance
  • You managed agencies but did not execute yourself
  • You focus on engagement metrics without linking to outcomes
  • You require a large team or structure to deliver
