Job Title: HR and Marketing Intern

Job Summary:

We're looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented intern to support our HR and Marketing teams. The ideal candidate will assist with HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, social media management, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

- HR:

- Assist with recruitment, employee onboarding, and benefits administration

- Maintain employee records and databases

- Support HR-related projects and initiatives

- Marketing:

- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content

- Assist with marketing campaigns and promotions

- Conduct market research and analyze trends

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Marketing, or a related field

- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Basic knowledge of HR and marketing principles

- Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
