Location: Indore, M.P. | Company: Logical Soft Tech Pvt. Ltd.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Publish internship and training opportunities on professional platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
• Connect with potential candidates through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to provide detailed program information.
• Schedule and conduct career counselling sessions to guide and motivate fresh graduates.
• Build strategic partnerships with colleges, universities, and consultancy firms to enhance candidate outreach.
• Represent the organization at job fairs, webinars, and college sessions to promote internship programs.
• Collect, organize, and maintain candidate information in the internal database or CRM.
• Counsel and convert interested candidates to join the Software Development Internship Training Program.
• Work towards achieving weekly and monthly enrolment targets through effective communication and relationship management.
