We are looking for a dynamic and creative HR & Marketing Intern who is eager to learn and support our HR and marketing activities. This role offers hands-on exposure to real-time corporate HR operations and creative marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
HR-Related Activities
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations and documentation
- Support recruitment activities (job postings, screening, coordination)
- Help maintain employee records and HR reports
- Assist in policy communication and HR coordination tasks
- Perform other HR-related duties assigned from time to time
Marketing & Creative Activities
- Create festival ad posts, promotional creatives, and internal announcements
- Assist in content creation for social media and internal communication
- Support logo designing, posters, banners, and basic branding materials
- Coordinate with teams for marketing requirements
- Handle other creative and marketing-related tasks as assigned
Eligibility Criteria
- Students or fresh graduates in HR, Marketing, Business Administration, Design, or related fields
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools is an added advantage
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn and multitask
