MAG Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Marketing & IT Assistant to join our team. This is a dynamic role for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment.

What You’ll Do

This position supports both marketing and IT operations, along with other duties as assigned. Responsibilities include:

Marketing Support

• Assist with social media posting (Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, etc.)
• Help create and upload website inventory descriptions
• Update vehicle photos and marketing graphics
• Assist with email campaigns and promotions
• Monitor online reviews and assist with responses
• Maintain brand consistency across platforms

IT Support

• Provide basic troubleshooting for printers, phones, and workstations
• Assist with user account setup (Google Workspace, CRM, DMS, etc.)
• Support internal software platforms (CRM, inventory tools, vendor systems)
• Help maintain organized digital files and documentation

Other Duties

• Assist with event setup and dealership promotions
• Help manage marketing materials and supplies
• Special projects as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Strong computer skills and comfort with technology
• Experience with social media platforms
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Strong communication skills
• Positive, team-focused attitude
• Marketing, IT, or business background preferred (but not required)

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

• Graphic design experience (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of SEO or digital marketing
• Experience in automotive industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
