Position Overview

We are seeking a creative, organized, and tech-savvy Marketing & Media person to manage and grow with our company. This role combines marketing, content creation, website creation and updating, social media posting, and much more.

This is a hands-on position not just sitting in a cubical working for a large media company doing the same thing everyday. This position will involve all aspects from working on a web page to mailers to job signs, taking job photos, interacting with customers, responding to reviews and taking videos with a drone.

Primary Responsibilities

Content Creation & Media

  • Take photos and videos of projects
  • Capture before/after job transformations
  • Create short promotional videos and reels
  • Animated videos for customers
  • Informational videos for staff
  • Occasional drone photography and videos

Website Management (Wix)

  • Maintain and improve company Wix website
  • Update service pages and project galleries
  • Add new content regularly for SEO improvement
  • Optimize pages for mobile viewing
  • Create landing pages for advertising campaigns

Social Media Management

  • Manage company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Google Business, etc.)
  • Post consistent project updates and seasonal content
  • Respond to comments/messages
  • Build brand consistency across platforms
  • Develop posting calendar

Advertising & Lead Generation

  • Assist with Google Ads and local advertising campaigns
  • Track marketing performance and lead sources through WIX
  • Help develop promotions and seasonal campaigns
  • Improve online reviews and reputation management

Brand Development

  • Maintain consistent company branding
  • Design marketing materials
  • Create customer flyers and letter campaigns
  • Jobsite signage
  • Email campaigns

Internal Collaboration

  • Work with estimators and office staff to highlight projects
  • Gather job information for marketing use
  • Support hiring marketing (recruitment ads, culture content)
  • Create and support internal phone system ads to customers and staff
  • Develop and create internal notification systems for staff for activities
  • Maintain and develop staff activities for enhancing interaction and moral.

Qualifications

  • Experience with social media management
  • Comfortable using Wix or similar website builders
  • Strong photography and basic video editing skills
  • Good writing and communication skills
  • Organized and self-motivated
  • Comfortable working in both office and field environments

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Construction or trade familiarity
  • Drone photography experience
  • SEO or Google Ads knowledge
  • Basic graphic design experience

  • Self-starter (doesn’t wait to be told every task)
  • Comfortable talking with crews, customers and staff
  • Practical thinker — not just marketing theory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,760.00 - $49,920.00 per year
