Job Overview
We are looking for a bi-lingual highly organized and creative Marketing and Social Media Coordinator to drive our marketing initiatives, manage social media platforms, and support day-to-day office operations. This role combines strategic marketing responsibilities with office coordination, making it perfect for someone who excels at multitasking and thrives in a face-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and track marketing campaigns across email, social media, and digital platforms.
- Create and manage content for websites and social media channels tailored to each platform.
- Coordinate events, webinars, and trade shows, ensuring all promotional materials and logistics are handled.
- Assist with website updates and ensure brand consistency in all marketing materials.
- Research market trends, customer insights, and competitor strategies to optimize marketing efforts.
- Manage and maintain the company’s presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages to build community engagement.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with team members to facilitate effective communication and workflow within the office.
- Oversee daily office operations, including greeting visitors, addressing inquires and providing assistance to customers, team members and suppliers through various communication channels including in person, phone, email and text.
- Generate and track invoices, contracts, receipts, and other basic expense tracking.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain, supplies, inventory and place orders when necessary.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Fluent in Spanish mandatory.
- Proficiency in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role is a plus.
