Marketing and Operations Manager

About REalife, LLC

REalife, LLC is an educational media and professional speaking company delivering real estate focused content, live events, facilitated learning communities, and programs, based in Northwest Arkansas. We help aspiring investors break into real estate through live events, online masterminds, webinars, and a growing community of students and partners. Our team moves fast, thinks creatively, and is deeply committed to delivering value to every student we serve.

About the Role

We're looking for a Marketing & Operations Manager to own the heartbeat of our marketing engine and keep our team running smoothly. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of content, campaigns, community, and operations. You'll work closely with our founder, manage a team of VAs, and be the go-to person for our sales team, students, and partners.

This is not a siloed marketing role. You'll be equally comfortable building out a social media strategy, setting up webinar campaigns, supporting students with community access, and keeping Henry's calendar on track. If you thrive in a fast-moving environment and love owning things end-to-end, this role is for you.

What You'll Own

Marketing & Content Strategy

  • Develop and execute our social media strategy across platforms, aligned with upcoming events and sales goals
  • Write reel scripts and guide content creation; you'll be on location with us capturing content
  • Create 2 posts per day including reels, carousels, and static content
  • Design and manage all ad creative for webinars, Road events, and local meetups
  • Set up and manage social media automations
  • Enforce brand identity across vendors, sales team, and all marketing materials

Email Marketing

  • Write and send 2 nurture emails per week (value + event promotion)
  • Send 3 price-increase emails in the days leading up to each Road event
  • Execute 1–2 webinar promotional emails per webinar cycle
  • Manage email marketing for local meetup promotions

Webinar & Event Operations

  • Own the full webinar cycle; Zoom setup, coordination with our automation partner, website updates, and ad scheduling
  • Manage our biweekly webinar calendar, alternating between Road event and Mastermind topics
  • Build Canva presentations for webinars and speaking engagements

Local Meetup Coordination (Real Estate Deal Makers NWA)

  • Create all marketing materials (email + social) and publish event pages on Eventbrite, Meetup.com, and Facebook
  • Handle venue communication, catering, and logistics
  • Coordinate sponsors: provide email templates, confirm deliverables
  • Attend and help run the event; oversee filming coordination

Sales & Lead Support

  • Monitor incoming leads and flag any automation issues in Go High Level
  • Serve as the primary resource for sales team questions about our programs and offers
  • Provide the sales team with up-to-date marketing materials and assets
  • Relay key updates to Henry via Slack

Student & Community Support

  • Answer student questions related to our community and mastermind programs
  • Grant access to community resources and materials
  • Collect student testimonials
  • Update curriculum content in Go High Level

Executive & Calendar Support

  • Coordinate Henry's meetings, podcast appearances, and speaking schedule
  • Schedule Take Over Thursday speakers, add hosts to calendar invites, and distribute speaker flyers/bios one week in advance

Team Management

  • Manage and direct our team of VAs day-to-day
  • Set clear expectations, provide SOPs, and hold the team accountable to deadlines

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing, operations, or content role; ideally in a fast-growing small business or creator/education company
  • Hands-on experience with Go High Level (GHL) or a similar CRM/automation platform
  • Strong writing skills; you can write an email that actually gets opened and a caption that stops the scroll
  • Confident with Canva and basic design for social, ads, and presentations
  • Comfortable being on location at events and capturing/directing content
  • Experience managing remote team members or contractors
  • Highly organized and self-directed; you don't need to be micromanaged
  • Familiarity with real estate, investing, or financial education is a plus, not a requirement

Compensation & Details

  • Salary: $48,000 - 63,000 per year
  • Location: In-person, Northwest Arkansas / Bentonville area
  • Type: Full-time
