Marketing and Operations Manger

We're looking for a part-time Operations & Marketing Associate to join us in building Aleir from the ground up — someone bilingual in English and Mandarin, based in the US (preferably in New York), and genuinely excited about being part of something early-stage.

This is a hands-on role. You'll work directly with our founder on everything from logistics and vendor relations to executing and managing marketing campaigns. No task is too small— there's real room to grow here.

You might be a fit if you:

→ Are fully fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)

→ Are based in the US with work authorization

→ Have experience in ops, marketing, or both — ideally at a startup or brand

→ Are a self-starter who figures things out without being asked

→ Care about quality, aesthetics, and the details that make a brand feel considered

Bonus if you have a background in fashion, beauty, fragrance, or luxury.

Part-time to start, with a path to grow. Remote-friendly.
