Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing and Product Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience in marketing and communication, with a strong background in managing product development.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing materials to enhance brand awareness and reputation.
  • Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including press releases, social media posts, newsletters, and website updates.
  • Create and edit videos and audio for social media and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate in the planning and execution of events, such as product launches, press conferences, trade shows, and key events of the company.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets and stakeholders to secure press coverage and partnerships.
  • Monitor and analyze metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in marketing and public relations.
  • Oversee the online store of the company, including uploading new products, managing inventory, and verifying pricing accuracy.
  • Ensure a high level of customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
  • Analyze e-commerce performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize the online shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing products and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to develop special projects.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or related roles.
  • Proven track record of managing marketing platforms and creating engaging content.
  • Experience in product management, including product uploads and customer service.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for different audiences.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in metrics and strategies.
  • Experience planning and executing events, from concept to completion.
  • Proficiency in management tools, analytics platforms, and the Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and Adobe.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Passion for marketing and storytelling.
  • Spanish language proficiency is welcome.

Travel Requirement: Occasional (10%)
