Marketing and Project Coordinator

The Marketing and Project Coordinator plans, coordinates, and tracks projects, ensuring deliverables are on time, on budget, and aligned with brand and business goals. • Maintain project plans, calendars, and trackers and circulate regular status reports.
  • Coordinate events and campaigns logistics, including timelines, collateral, registration tools, and post‑event follow‑up.
  • Monitor campaign performance and basic KPIs, compiling reports and insights for stakeholders.
  • Assist with marketing budgets for projects: track spend, process invoices/POs, and flag variances.
  • Maintain and improve processes and documentation for marketing requests, workflows, and project intake.

Required qualifications and skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 1–2 years in marketing, communications, or project coordination (internships or agency experience a plus).

Skills

  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills; able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, comfortable working with stakeholders at different levels.
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing channels (email, social media, web content, basic analytics).
  • Familiarity with project or work‑management tools (e.g., Jira, MS-Project) and common marketing tools (email platforms, CMS, CRM) is preferred.
  • Proficiency with office and presentation tools (e.g., spreadsheets, slides, documents) and basic design sense.

Personal attributes

  • Detail‑oriented, with a focus on accuracy in timelines, content, and reporting.
  • Proactive, able to anticipate roadblocks and escalate issues early.
  • Collaborative and service‑oriented, comfortable balancing the needs of multiple teams.
  • Curious and adaptable, willing to learn new tools, channels, and processes as marketing evolves.
