About the Role

We’re seeking a passionate and proactive Marketing & Public Relations Intern to join our Dubai team. This internship is ideal for someone who loves storytelling, creative strategy, and influencer engagement. You’ll gain hands-on experience across campaign development, influencer coordination, and brand communication, working closely with our consultants and creative directors on real projects in the beauty, fashion, hospitality, and aviation industries.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Campaign Support

• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns and social media calendars.
• Support the creative team with content planning, caption writing, and presentation decks.
• Coordinate photo and video shoots, ensuring all deliverables are aligned with brand direction.
• Track social media performance and assist in compiling campaign reports.

Influencer Relations & Brand Communication

• Research and identify suitable influencers and content creators for collaborations.
• Assist in preparing influencer briefs, campaign guidelines, and gifting coordination.
• Manage influencer outreach, communication, and follow-ups.
• Support in creating recap reports and tracking influencer deliverables.
• Stay updated on social and cultural trends to identify new influencer opportunities.

Internal & Administrative Tasks

• Maintain organized project documentation and shared folders.
• Assist with meeting notes, timelines, and task follow-ups.
• Ensure all client materials and calendars are delivered on time and with attention to detail.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (or ongoing studies) in Marketing, PR, Communications, or related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English (Arabic or French is a plus).
• Passion for social media, influencer marketing, and digital storytelling.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with Canva, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office.
• Proactive, creative, and eager to learn within a fast-paced environment.
