Location: Must live within 2 hours of Tampa, FL Job Type: Full-time

Overview

We are a growing healthcare marketing and public relations agency seeking a highly organized Account Coordinator to manage multiple client accounts and support the execution of marketing and media relations campaigns.

This role is ideal for someone with project management experience in a fast-paced, client-facing environment who can balance multiple deadlines, communicate effectively, and deliver high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities across multiple client accounts
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and project deadlines
• Support client communication, meetings, and follow-ups
• Assist in developing and executing marketing and PR campaigns
• Write and proofread marketing materials (ads, newsletters, brochures, etc.)
• Build and maintain media lists and support outreach efforts
• Assist with securing media placements and coordinating press opportunities
• Plan and support events, promotions, and community initiatives
• Track and report on campaign progress and performance

Requirements

• Project management experience required (agency or client-facing preferred)
• Must live within 2 hours of Tampa, FL
• Experience in B2B and B2C marketing
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, communications, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in marketing, PR, or account management
• Experience working with multiple clients or in an agency setting

Bonus Skills

• Experience with social media strategy or content creation
• Background in healthcare marketing or media relations
• Event coordination experience
