Job Overview:
Voltrix Batteries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and professional Marketing and Sales Coordinator to support our sales and marketing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with leads, coordinating with clients, and assisting in converting potential leads into qualified customers while supporting overall marketing and sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicating with incoming leads through calls, messages, and emails
• Converting leads into qualified clients through proper follow-ups
• Coordinating between sales team, clients, and management
• Supporting marketing and sales representatives in daily tasks
• Maintaining client records and sales documentation
• Preparing reports, follow-up logs, and lead tracking sheets
• Assisting in marketing campaigns and promotional coordination
• Managing inquiries related to batteries, solar, and energy storage products
• Ensuring professional communication and client handling at all times

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (Preferred)

Experience:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales coordination, marketing support, or customer relations
• Experience in solar, inverter, battery manufacturing, or a related industry will be preferred

Required Skills:

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Documentation and record management (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools)
• Positive attitude and presentable personality
• Professional and ethical behavior
• Good time management skills
• Strong coordination and organizational skills

Salary: Market Competitive (Based on Experience)
