Dynamic Marketing & Sales

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated, creative, and results-driven Dynamic Marketing & Business Development Specialist to drive brand awareness, increase sales, secure strategic partnerships, and expand market presence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both marketing and sales environments and enjoys building relationships while creating impactful campaigns.

The ideal candidate is energetic, innovative, sales-focused, comfortable on camera, and passionate about growing brands through digital marketing, social commerce, community engagement, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Social Media

  • Manage and grow social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
  • Create engaging content such as reels, videos, stories, graphics, and promotional campaigns.
  • Develop and execute monthly content and marketing calendars.
  • Stay ahead of trends and implement viral content strategies.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize for engagement and conversions.

Paid Advertising

  • Create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other digital platforms.
  • Monitor key performance metrics including ROAS, conversions, customer acquisition costs, and lead generation.
  • Implement retargeting, email marketing, and customer retention strategies.

Live Selling & Social Commerce

  • Host TikTok Lives, Instagram Lives, and other live shopping experiences.
  • Engage audiences in real time and convert viewers into customers.
  • Create promotional campaigns and product demonstrations that drive sales.
  • Collaborate with influencers, affiliates, and content creators.

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Build relationships with beauty professionals, salon owners, distributors, retailers, and beauty supply stores.
  • Negotiate and close large-volume sales agreements.
  • Develop strategic partnerships that generate revenue and increase brand visibility.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and consistently follow up on leads.

Events & Community Engagement

  • Plan and execute trade shows, pop-up events, networking events, and community activations.
  • Represent the company professionally at industry events and conferences.
  • Develop local marketing initiatives that increase customer acquisition and brand awareness.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing and content creation.
  • Experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
  • Comfortable appearing on camera and hosting live sales events.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to increase sales and generate leads.
  • Experience in beauty, fashion, retail, luxury goods, or e-commerce is preferred.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet performance goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
