Role Overview
We are seeking a high-energy, result-driven Marketing & Sales Executive who can confidently communicate our services, prepare powerful presentations, meet clients, and close high-value deals.
This role is ideal for someone who loves marketing, excels at sales, and wants to grow with a tech-driven company.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing
- Develop and execute marketing strategies
- Create and present business proposals & presentations
- Promote PRIZMABRIXX services across various industries
- Build brand visibility online & offline
- Support social media and promotional campaigns
Sales
- Identify potential clients and generate leads
- Conduct meetings, demos, and product presentations
- Explain our services clearly and professionally
- Manage client relationships and follow-ups
- Close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Maintain sales reports and CRM updates
Client Engagement
- Understand client requirements
- Provide accurate service explanations
- Work with internal teams for proposal preparation
Skill Requirements
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Strong sales closing ability
- Knowledge of marketing concepts & client psychology
- Professional behaviour and strong negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups
- Confidence in meeting clients and explaining tech products
Preferred (Not Mandatory):
- Experience in real estate, tech, or B2B sales
- Knowledge of VR, AR, 3D walkthroughs, or digital marketing
Eligibility
- Graduate / MBA preferred
- 1–4 years of experience in marketing or sales
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
- Must be comfortable travelling for client meetings (local)
