Job Description:
We are hiring a Marketing and Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience to support our sales and marketing initiatives. The role involves generating leads, promoting our software solutions, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, target-driven, and passionate about IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and generate new leads for software products and IT services.
- Qualify leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate software solutions.
- Ensure client satisfaction and handle post-sales support coordination.
- Present and demonstrate software products and solutions to prospects.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital channels (social media, email, content marketing).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, presentations, and proposals.
- Track campaign effectiveness and provide feedback for improvement.
- Conduct research on market trends, competitor offerings, and potential opportunities
Requirements:
- Understanding of software products or technology solutions is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM and digital marketing tools is an advantage.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and a team player.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field preferred.
