Marketing and Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are hiring a Sales & Marketing Executive in Bhopal for a media house to handle advertising sales and magazine subscription sales across print and digital platforms. The role involves field sales, client acquisition, and subscription management.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell print and digital advertising space
• Promote, sell, and manage magazine subscriptions (individual, schools, institutions, corporates)
• Generate leads and conduct client meetings across Pune
• Achieve monthly sales and subscription targets
• Manage subscriber data, renewals, and follow-ups
• Support marketing campaigns and brand promotions

Requirements

• Experience in sales, marketing, advertising sales, or subscription sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with fieldwork and local travel in Pune
• Target-driven and well-organized

Compensation & Incentives

• Fixed monthly salary
• Incentives on Advertising Sales: Commission based on ad bookings and revenue achieved
• Incentives on Subscription Sales: Separate incentives for new and renewed subscriptions
• Higher performance leads to higher earnings
