Sales:
- Identify and onboard new clients (B2B / B2C / D2C)
- Manage and convert leads via WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, email, and calls
- Upsell and cross-sell product lines to repeat and walk-in customers
- Attend exhibitions, pop-ups, and corporate meetings to generate leads
- Maintain CRM records and follow-ups
Marketing:
- Create and execute email campaigns, WhatsApp broadcasts, and Instagram content (reels/stories)
- Collaborate with the design team for creatives and packaging
- Analyze market trends and suggest product positioning and pricing strategies
- Partner with influencers and vendors for collaborations or barter campaigns
- Conduct competitor research and report insights
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication (written & verbal)
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Instagram, and Google Sheets
- Customer-first approach and a strong sense of ownership
- Comfortable working with numbers and targets
- Bonus: Experience in lifestyle, fashion, gifting, or D2C brands
