Key duties and responsibilities:
- Identifying prospective customers and understanding their automation needs
- Developing and delivering sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Creating detailed proposal documents and pricing quotations for prospective clients
- Providing technical assistance and product training to customers
- Maintaining accurate records of sales leads, customer accounts, and sales
- Coordinating with engineering teams to design and develop automation solutions that meet customer requirements
- Attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events to promote the company’s automation products and solutions
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Updating clients on new product launches and upgrades
- Working with customer service and engineering teams to address customer complaints and issues
- Forecasting sales targets and ensuring they are met
Desired Skills/Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in sales, preferably in B2B sales
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Fluency in English and local language
