Marketing and Sales Executive ( with Video production skills )

Role Overview

We’re seeking creative and hands-on Marketing Executives who can oversee content creation from start to finish. The role requires someone who can shoot engaging videos, edit them into high-quality content, and publish across social media platforms to grow our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and create short-form and long-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Handle end-to-end video production: shooting, lighting, sound, and editing.
• Write captions, hashtags, and basic copy for posts.
• Post content consistently and manage scheduling on social platforms.
• Track performance of posts (views, engagement, followers) and share weekly updates.
• Assist with photoshoots, events, and marketing campaigns.
• Support the team with other digital marketing tasks when required.
• WordPress website development will be a plus.

Requirements

• Basic to intermediate skills in video shooting (camera or smartphone).
• Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar).
• Strong understanding of social media trends, especially in the Dubai/UAE market.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in front of the camera if required (optional but a plus).
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a bonus).
• Freshers with a strong interest in content creation are welcome to apply.
