Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing & Sales Expert to join our team. This is a dual-role position combining digital advertising expertise with sales & proposal writing responsibilities.

The ideal candidate understands how to generate leads through paid marketing campaigns and convert opportunities by crafting compelling proposals on platforms like Upwork and similar marketplaces.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads
• Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, etc.)
• Conduct audience research and competitor analysis
• Manage campaign budgets and ROI
• Track performance metrics and prepare reports
• Suggest and execute additional marketing strategies (SEO, email marketing, funnel optimization, etc.)

Sales & Proposal Writing Responsibilities

• Identify relevant opportunities on platforms like Upwork / Freelancer / similar
• Write high-converting proposals
• Customize pitches based on client requirements
• Communicate with potential clients
• Maintain a pipeline of leads
• Improve proposal templates and sales strategies

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience running Meta Ads & Google Ads
• Strong understanding of paid acquisition & lead generation
• Demonstrated success in proposal writing / freelancing sales
• Excellent written English & persuasive communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns
• Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented

Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)

• Experience with SEO / Content Marketing
• Funnel & conversion optimization experience
• CRM or sales pipeline tools experience
• Experience in [your industry – optional]

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
