Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketing & Sales Representative to promote our medical billing services and generate new business opportunities. This role is responsible for identifying prospective healthcare clients, building relationships, presenting our services, and supporting company growth through strategic outreach and sales initiatives.
The ideal candidate is confident in communicating with healthcare providers, understands medical billing services, and has experience in sales, marketing, or business development—preferably in healthcare.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Identify and prospect new healthcare providers, clinics, and medical practices
- Conduct outreach via phone, email, networking, and online platforms
- Present and explain medical billing and revenue cycle services to potential clients
- Convert leads into signed service agreements
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
Marketing & Brand Outreach
- Support marketing initiatives to promote company services
- Assist with content ideas for email campaigns, website updates, and social media
- Represent the company professionally during virtual or in-person meetings
- Maintain consistent messaging aligned with company branding and services
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Coordinate with internal billing and operations teams during client onboarding
- Ensure smooth transition from sales to account setup
- Gather feedback to improve sales strategies and service offerings
QualificationsRequired
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to explain complex services in a clear and professional manner
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Preferred
- Experience selling medical billing, healthcare, or B2B services
- Knowledge of medical billing or revenue cycle management
- Experience working with healthcare providers or medical offices
- Familiarity with CRM tools, email marketing, or lead tracking systems
