Compensation: Guaranteed Hourly Starting at $10 With Bonus And Commission Opportunities

Echo Acquisitions is a growing, face-to-face marketing and sales company hiring for our location in Charlotte, NC. We work directly with nationally recognized brands to increase customer awareness and drive growth through in-person marketing campaigns in local retail environments.

We’re currently hiring Entry-Level Marketing & Sales Trainees who are eager to learn, enjoy working with people, and want to build real-world experience in marketing, sales, and customer engagement. No prior experience is required — we provide paid training.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with customers face-to-face in a retail environment
• Represent client brands by explaining product features and benefits
• Provide a positive, professional customer experience
• Assist with the execution of in-person marketing campaigns
• Work with a team to support daily and weekly performance goals
• Participate in paid training focused on sales, communication, and customer interaction

What We’re Looking For

• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills and a people-focused attitude
• Motivated, reliable, and willing to learn
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-person setting
• No previous marketing or sales experience required
