Marketing and Social Media Coordinator

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Marketing and Social Media Coordinator to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. Duties

  • Develop, execute, and monitor social media marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok using tools like Meta Business Suite and a monthly calendar.
  • Create engaging content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Respond to all messages and comments in a positive and timely manner.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads to increase reach and engagement.
  • Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Web analytics platforms to measure campaign performance and inform future strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including public relations, graphic design, web development, and e-commerce to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
  • Maintain relationships with influencers, media outlets, and community partners to enhance brand awareness through public relations efforts.
  • Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publishing.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage website listings and event calendars with updated information.
  • Track increase/decrease in followers and engagement on social media month to month on a spreadsheet- submit quarterly to Owners and General Manager.
  • Coordinate and review with General Manager the advertising aspect of advertising and sponsorship agreements. Communicate and plan meetings with team.
  • Coordinate with graphic designer for website, digital display ads, and print materials (rack cards, brochures, pricing packages for groups, banners, and other marketing materials).
  • Attend staff meetings. Collaborate and coordinate with other departments.
  • Responsible for tracking all promotions for advertising/ marketing.
  • Responsible for tracking and maintenance of discounts.
  • Responsible for being onsite for any promotions on the farm including large client events. Designated point of contact for any promotions staff from other businesses, radio, television, etc.
  • Any other necessary tasks asked of you pertaining to Hunt Club Farm or Haunted Hunt Club Farm.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications such as Photoshop and Illustrator for graphic design and visual content creation.
  • Hands-on experience with social media management tools like Google My Business, Meta Business Suite for scheduling and analytics.
  • Skills in video editing and photography to produce high-quality multimedia content.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles, relationship management, public relations strategies, and e-commerce fundamentals.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in all written communications.
  • Ability to analyze data from web analytics tools to assess campaign performance effectively.
