About the Role

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and social-media-savvy Social Media & Marketing Executive to manage and grow the online presence of multiple brands. If you love creating content, spotting trends early, and shaping how brands show up online — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

* Handle end-to-end management of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) for multiple brands.

* Plan, schedule, and publish daily content aligned with brand goals.

* Monitor engagement, respond to messages/comments, and maintain active community interaction.

2. Content Creation

* Ideate, create, and execute high-quality content (reels, posts, carousels, stories, short videos, static designs, etc.).

* Work with design, video, and writing tools to produce platform-specific content.

* Stay updated with trends, memes, and industry news to keep content fresh and relevant.

3. Brand Building & Growth

* Enhance each brand’s online image, voice, and positioning through consistent and strategic content.

* Develop campaigns that improve brand visibility, engagement, and audience growth.

* Conduct competitor research and implement best practices to stay ahead.

4. Marketing & Strategy

* Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social and paid platforms.

* Track performance using analytics tools and share insights for improvement.

* Support in email marketing, collaborations, influencer outreach, and community initiatives.

Requirements

* 1–2 years of social media or marketing experience (preferred).

* Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube & social media trends.

* Ability to ideate and produce creative content independently.

* Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

* Basic design/video editing skills (Canva or equivalent).
