Position Overview
Climatemakers of VA is seeking an experienced
Marketing Manager to lead and coordinate all marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels. This role ensures consistent brand representation, effective campaign execution, and timely communication of promotions and specials.
The Marketing Manager will oversee
social media, website updates, advertising campaigns, and reputation management while working closely with SEO advertisers and external partners.
Key Requirement
ServiceTitan experience is required. You will use the platform to:
Analyze marketing and lead-generation data
Review recorded office phone calls
Attribute and classify calls for reporting and campaign tracking
Generate marketing performance reports
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Manage relationships with advertising, SEO, and reputation management partners
Maintain brand consistency in all messaging and communications
Coordinate promotions and seasonal specials with ownership and the service team
Provide reporting and analysis using ServiceTitan and other marketing tools
- Directly confirm that every incoming lead is acted upon — verifying in ServiceTitan that leads are either set as appointments or personally reached out to by the office
Brand & Compliance
Submit advertising for Trane Co-op pre-approval and manage reimbursement claims through ComfortSite/Max Plus
Reporting & Analysis
Track campaign performance, ROI, customer engagement, and review sentiment
Deliver monthly reports with recommendations for improvement
Qualifications
3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in HVAC, home services, or related industries
- Proven marketing management experience with hands-on ServiceTitan expertise (non-negotiable)
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, advertising tools, and analytics
Experience coordinating with SEO and digital advertising partners
Familiarity with Trane Co-op marketing programs and ComfortSite/Max Plus (preferred)
Experience managing and responding to online reviews
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Creative mindset with the ability to adapt strategies to changing market conditions
