Label Aishwaryrika is looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing & Social Media Manager who can build, execute, and scale brand-led and performance-driven marketing initiatives. This role blends creativity, communication, analytics, partnerships, and execution, ensuring our digital presence reflects the finesse, artistry, and storytelling of the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand and Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute seasonal and launch campaigns aligned with brand storytelling.
  • Maintain campaign calendars and adapt strategies based on performance insights.

2. Content and Social Media Management

  • Create and manage Instagram reels, stories, and promotional content aligned to brand voice.
  • Oversee publishing schedules and foster community engagement.

3. Website and Digital Presence

  • Coordinate product listings, banner updates, and visual merchandising on the website.
  • Manage pricing changes for sales, campaigns, and exclusive events.

4. Influencer and Collaboration Management

  • Identify and manage influencer partnerships and content collaborations.
  • Track deliverables and measure collaboration outcomes.

5. Public Relations (PR)

  • Develop and execute PR initiatives, including press releases and media engagement.
  • Build and nurture relationships with media to amplify brand visibility.

6. Email and WhatsApp Marketing

  • Plan and implement targeted email and WhatsApp campaigns using leading platforms.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and optimise campaign performance.

7. Reporting and Analytics

  • Track key performance indicators across campaigns and channels.
  • Present actionable insights and recommendations regularly.

8. Cross-Functional Coordination & Innovation

  • Collaborate with graphic designers and production teams for creative alignment.
  • Stay updated on digital trends and integrate best practices into marketing strategies.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in brand, digital marketing, or PR within fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or premium consumer brands.
  • Proficient in Instagram, Pinterest, and short-form content with proven campaign execution and performance tracking.
  • Skilled in Shopify or similar e-commerce CMS for managing content, listings, and pricing updates.
  • Strong communication, project management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
