Job Opening Description:

Delta Home Group, a growing Real Estate team of Keller Williams, is seeking a Digital Media / Marketing Specialist. The ideal candidate will require the ability to provide proven skills and experience in creative media production in the form of social media execution, graphic design, video production, photography, and website management.

We would love someone who is passionate about building brand awareness and telling the story of our team, as well as our individual agents.

Key Objectives of This Position Include:

  • Creative Media Production
  • Knowledge and experience utilizing video and photo editing software.
  • Graphic Design utilizing Canva
  • Design of sales and marketing materials such as brochures, proposals, and print material.
  • Overseeing the content and growth of the team’s social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram & responding to client inquiries.
  • Collaborate with team members to coordinate and create professional high-quality video and visual content that promotes the organization, events, and listings.
  • Website management on a Duda site.

Required Skills

  • Desired attributes include strong communication and interpersonal skills, effective time management, self-motivation, team collaboration, and a positive attitude
  • 1-3 years of creative role experience
  • Website management experience with Duda or similar
  • Understanding of SEO & Digital Marketing
  • Graphic Design knowledge using Canva (Adobe Suite or similar would be beneficial)
  • Experience managing social media channels and working on creative and innovative social media campaigns for a high-profile brand or brands
  • Hands-on knowledge of digital media tools such as video production, digital photography, and tools used for social content
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong editing skills and attention to detail
  • Occasional travel to local areas for photography of client and community events.

Hours

  • 40 hours per week.
  • Office hours are 8:30-5:00, Monday-Friday.
  • Comp time earned for events held outside of office hours

Pay

Annual Salary plus bonus available

*Negotiable based on experience

Job Task Details:

Create and schedule social media posts

  • At least one per day on each platform
  • To be a combination of videos, articles, and pictures
  • Posts need to follow along with what is currently taking place with strong Call-to-Actions
  • Posts need to be a mixture of market updates, current listing updates, personal team updates, team events, and community events
  • Create a new feel for Instagram that is unique to the platform
  • Create Facebook Event Pages for our community events

Marketing

  • Flyers/Seller Guide/Buyer Guide (creating/editing)
  • Event promotions
  • Open House promotions (flyers, social media posts, Facebook events)
  • Direct Mail Postcard Creation
  • Monthly E-Newsletters
  • Rotating, current eye-catching graphic schedule for electronic sign

Photography

  • Photograph events and edit pictures

Videography

  • Video events
  • Create videos for social media posts

Website Management

  • Manage SEO Content
  • Update Marketing Websites as Needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
