The Opportunity

Blanco Aesthetics is a leading Dental and Skin clinic in the upscale Bandra area of Mumbai, helmed by expert Dr Reshma Chawla. We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Social Media and Digital Marketing Manager to significantly elevate our online brand presence, drive patient engagement, and generate quality leads for our high-value aesthetic services.

This is a hands-on role requiring strategic thinking, creative content generation, and strong analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute a cohesive social media content strategy (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn) that clearly differentiates the Dental and Skin sections of the clinic.
• Maintain a detailed content calendar aligned with service promotions (e.g., Invisalign Consultation Week, Seasonal Skin Packages).
• Create compelling, brand-aligned visual assets (Reels, Stories, Before/After photos, short informational videos) and copy that showcases the expertise of both Dr. Reshma and Dr. Vartika.

2. Local Search & Marketing Management

• Strategically manage and optimize the Google Business Profile (GMB), ensuring weekly updates (GMB Posts) and accurate NAP consistency for maximum Local SEO impact.
• Manage the clinic's online reputation by actively monitoring and professionally responding to Google Reviews and social media comments.
• Identify high-value keywords related to Aesthetics, Dental Implants, Cosmetic Veneers, Acne Treatment, and Melasma for use across all digital platforms.

3. Lead Generation & Analytics

• Manage targeted Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns designed to drive patient consultations and measure ROI.
• Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including engagement rates, follower growth, click-through rates (CTR), and lead conversion ratios.
• Provide monthly reports detailing campaign success, identifying areas for growth, and adjusting strategy accordingly.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2+ years of proven experience in Social Media Management and Digital Marketing, preferably within the healthcare, aesthetic, or high-end service industry.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating success in creating engaging, professional content across Instagram and Facebook.
• Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, or basic familiarity with Adobe Suite) for rapid, high-quality output.
• Excellent understanding of Local SEO principles and practical experience managing GMB and paid social media advertising.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (English) and attention to detail.
• Must be based in or near Bandra, Mumbai, and be willing to attend the clinic regularly for content capture.
