We're Hiring! Marketing and Social Media Specialist – Bartawi General Contracting

Location: AlQouz industrial area 2- Dubai

Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and support business objectives.

Create compelling content for digital platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, website, email campaigns, etc.).

Plan and manage marketing campaigns, events, and product launches.

Coordinate with design teams and external agencies for branding and creative development.

Track and analyze campaign performance using metrics and insights; prepare regular reports.

Manage SEO, SEM, and paid ads campaigns to drive traffic and lead generation.

Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and digital innovation.

Support internal communication initiatives and employer branding efforts.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the UAE.

Strong portfolio in digital and content marketing.

Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools, and email marketing platforms.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Arabic).

Creative mindset with strong analytical and project management skills.

Knowledge of the construction or real estate sector is a plus.
